Welcome to KOHGANE. This store is operated by alaz ltd (United States) with fulfillment from South Korea. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.

1. Products & curation

KOHGANE curates craft, fragrance, beauty and design goods from Korean and Japanese makers. We describe every product as accurately as we can. Handmade items vary naturally in color, glaze and pattern; photographs are representative.

2. Orders & pricing

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order affected by a clear pricing or listing error, or which we cannot reasonably fulfill. You will be notified promptly in such cases.

3. Shipping & customs

Orders ship internationally from South Korea with tracking. Import duties, taxes and customs fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for timelines.

4. Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available in the site footer.

5. Intellectual property

All site content, including editorial text and curation, is the property of KOHGANE / alaz ltd or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Brand names belong to their respective owners.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without prejudice to mandatory local consumer rights.
