Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what arrives. If something is not right, here is exactly how it works.

Return window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Opened or used skincare, cosmetics and beauty tools (hygiene)
  • Incense, perfume or fragrance products with broken seals
  • Made-to-order or personalized items
  • Items marked final sale

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at ciuga7134@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you. Handcrafted goods (ceramics, lacquerware, brassware) naturally vary in pattern and tone; such variation is part of the craft and is not a defect.

Change of mind

Returns for change of mind are accepted within the 14-day window. The customer is responsible for return shipping to our fulfillment center in South Korea, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend a tracked service; we cannot refund items lost in return transit.

Refund processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. You will receive email confirmation at each step.
