Shipping Policy

Every order ships from our fulfillment center in South Korea with full tracking.

Processing time

Because KOHGANE works directly with independent makers and ateliers, orders are prepared within 2–5 business days before dispatch. Made-to-order craft pieces may take longer; we will email you if so.

Delivery estimates

• United States, Canada: 7–14 business days after dispatch
• Europe, UK, Australia: 8–16 business days
• Asia: 5–10 business days
• Rest of world: 10–21 business days

Customs & duties

International shipments may be subject to import duties or taxes determined by your country. These are the recipient's responsibility and are not included at checkout.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. If tracking has not updated for 10+ days, contact us at ciuga7134@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
